At Neil Huffman Subaru, we believe that being "More Than a Car Company" means showing up for our neighbors when it matters most. This winter, as part of the national Subaru Loves to Help initiative, our team had the incredible privilege of visiting YMCA Safe Place Services right here in Louisville to deliver brand-new coats to local youth in need.
What is Subaru Loves to Help?
The Subaru Loves to Help campaign is a cornerstone of the Subaru Love Promise. Through a national partnership with Operation Warm, Subaru and its retailers have set a goal to provide thousands of children across the country with brand-new, high-quality coats.
For a child, a new coat is about more than just staying warm, it’s about the confidence that comes from having something of their own and the knowledge that their community cares about their well-being.
Supporting YMCA Safe Place Services
YMCA Safe Place Services is a vital lifeline in our community, providing 24/7 help, hope, and healing to teens and families in crisis. Whether it's through their emergency shelter, street outreach, or the Drop-In Center, they are dedicated to ensuring that no young person in Louisville has to face homelessness or crisis alone.
Our team at Neil Huffman Subaru was honored to deliver these coats to help support the YMCA’s mission. Seeing the impact of their work firsthand reminds us why we are so committed to the Love Promise.
